The images are generated in PNG format, with the resolution you define. For PDF generation, you need to be on the PRO plan.

What are active cards? What happens if you exceed the download limit?

Active cards are cards that have been generated and are available for download. If you exceed the download limit, you can update your plan to continue generating cards.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Our CARDS plans are prepaid: the monthly plan does not have fidelity and can be canceled without a penalty.
